Challenge

With Americans getting less and less-quality sleep, sleep aids are an accelerating business. Paired with a rise in functional foods, Nestlé saw an opportunity to create a natural sleep aid that was just as tasty as it was efficacious.

Action Taken

With our eyes wide open on this burgeoning category, we dove deep into the sleep category. In partnership with Nestlé, DuPuis developed the opportunity space, defined the target consumer, and created and launched the brand. From co-collaborating with consumers, to developing and optimizing the idea, to package design, to setting up the Amazon storefront and developing the go-to-market strategy, DuPuis was integral in the full product journey.

Results

Goodnight was successfully pilot launched on Amazon in early 2019. Work on Goodnight 2.0 is underway to build on consumer learnings.
